Stirling Steaks is highly rated for its charcoal grilled steaks. We are located diagonally opposite I12 Katong Mall, along East Coast Road.

Our steaks are charcoal grilled inside-out, with initial slow fire before finishing off with high intense heat. This leaves a nice charred finish on the outside, yet tender and succulent on the inside. Special Stirling seasoning is added to enhance the flavour of the steak. Topped with avocado butter, our steaks are served with in-house gravy, mixed greens and truffle fries. Other grilled selection includes Grilled Watermelon and Grilled Pineapple.

Apart from grilled dishes, we serve mains such as Crispy King Salmon, Stirling Fried Chicken and Sliders. We also serve our customer favourite Halloumi Salad that comes with greens, tomato bruschetta and halloumi cheese.

For drinks, we serve a wide array of craft beers and exquisite wines that goes well with our charcoal-grilled steaks.

Originally located at Upper Bukit Timah, we have been honing our skills for years and now we are delighted to bring our craft to the east.

Established in 2013, the Stirling brand has been synonymous with great steaks at affordable prices. We have been featured on numerous food blogs and have received rave reviews from many of our valuable customers.
